- 65% Purchase - Multi use [55% Special Use] (CLTV to 90%) Owner User
- 65 % R&T (CLTV to 75%) Owner User
- 55% Investor (up to 80% CLTV)
- Up to 90% CLTV's with Seller Carry 2nd, Institutional 2nd or 90% with SBA Financing
- 45-50% on all true hard money transactions (may allow seller carry to 80% CLTV) $1,000,000 min. hard money loan.
*Not all property types or transaction types will be eligible for maximum LTV's/CLTV's
NOTES ON SBA FINANCING
- 504 - New money transactions only ($300,000 to $10,000,000) for Real Estate & Equipment. 20-yr. Fixed Rate fully amortized for R/E. 10-yr terms for Equip. Business net worth not to exceed $8.5MM. 10% minimum equity injection required. 51% min. owner occupancy for existing structure. 60% min. owner occupancy for new construction.
